If i run it in full wow gold screen it's the other way around: it uses 100% cpu when it has the focus (this doesn't happen when i run it in windowed mode but it's not really in issue) and 0% when it hasn't. However, I don't like the fullscreen mode because:
1) I have to shift+alt tab to alt tab back (and not just alt tab, and this is very annoying as well)
2) When i alt tab back in it takes up to 1 second to load. This doesn't happen in windowed mode and it's even more annoying than the fact that in windowed it uses 100% cpu, and that's why i usually run it windowed.
